After the initial 2001 ISO certification and the first recertification in 2004, we are proud to inform you that last week after a 2-day thorough audit of our organization "Bureau Veritas" declared us once more ISO compliant.
This certificate is granted for a 3-year period and includes follow-up audits once a year. If it should appear during one of these follow-up audits that the applicable ISO standards are not abided by anymore, "Bureau Veritas" has the possibility to withdraw the certification which was granted to us.
Having an ISO certification constitutes a strategic choice consistent with our goal of perpetual improvement of the services we offer.
Our understanding of the notion "provision of services" is vast and goes way beyond the only parties with which we have a contractual bond. It also includes the contacts we have with the other parties intervening in the daily management of investment funds, insurance products and other pension funds, contacts to which the same severe quality standards are applied.
